Return/ Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase!

We are offering return on only damaged product received. Follow the below steps.

In order to initiate the return/exchange process,  we kindly request that you follow the instructions below:

1. Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging, ensuring they are protected during transit.

2. Include the following items in the return package:

   • The product(s) you are returning with original tag.
   • A copy of the original invoice or order confirmation. 

1. Address the package to: Bungalow no. 205 ,RSC41,Gorai phase2 Road#Rsc37 Borivali W, Near Pragati school, Facing Gorai creek, Last white bungalow , 17 bungalow lane, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400092, India

2. Select a reputable courier service of your choice to ship the package. Please ensure that the package is adequately insured and trackable.

3. Kindly mail us the Details of the courier and Tracking ID at support@besick.in .

4. Once we receive the returned package, our dedicated team will thoroughly inspect the item(s) for any signs of damage or wear. Please note that items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached for us to process the return.

5. Upon successful inspection, we will process your exchange within 3-5 business days. Please note that the customer will pay for one-time delivery return if they wish to exchange the product.

6. If the exchange does not meet our criteria or if we identify any issues, we will contact you promptly to discuss further options.
